Gas Natural Fenosa is a Spanish natural gas and electrical energy utilities company, with the concession to distribute in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
The demands received were from the internal communication department and I was responsible for creating a visual language and strategy for launching a Social Media Campaign for the internal communication department.
The main goal was to encourage the participation of the internal public (employees) in the company’s social media channels and increase engagement but always focusing the efforts to aligning the visual concept to the brand guidelines.
To this end, the campaign concept was aligned with the sense of belonging of the employee. The idea was encouraging them to participate in social networks by following their online publications, sharing something relevant to generate credibility and a positive impact on their connections.
The use of emojis/emoticons language is a communication resource on the internet and create part of the strategy. Just as the emoji with a heart image has become synonymous with the words “like”, “love” and even “enjoy”, I have used this digital “slang” in the visual communication of the campaign but always in alignment with the customer’s strategy and also the brand guidelines.
In addition, the hashtag #SigaGNF (in English #FolowGNF) that invites the collaborates with the experience of following and sharing the content of the Gas Natural Fenosa’s networks.
